TEXT ENTRY (IN CHAMBERS) ORDER RE: DECLARATION of Edvard Piralyan In Support of Habeas Corpus Petition, TRO, and Preliminary Injunction 16 . The Court is in receipt of Petitioner Edvard Piralyan's Declaration, filed seven minutes after this Court's Order Denying the Preliminary Injunction as Moot and Order to Show Cause, Dkt. 15 . The Declaration appears to be an attempt to file a second Temporary Restraining Order and request for Preliminary Injunction. Assuming so, Petitioner must file the request in accordance with Fed. R. Civ. P. 65, the local rules, and this Court's Standing Order. Additionally, parties are reminded that Petitioner may not be moved to a location outside the jurisdictional boundaries of the United States District Court for the Central District of California during the pendency of this action, unless otherwise ordered by the Court. See Dkt. 7 . THERE IS NO PDF DOCUMENT ASSOCIATED WITH THIS ENTRY. (gga) (Entered: 01/26/2026)
