ORDER - IT IS ORDERED that counsel for petitioner must immediately serve the petition upon respondents. FURTHER ORDERED that if not already issued, the clerk's office must issue any properly completed summonses. FURTHER ORDERED that Petitioner's motion for leave to proceed under a pseudonym (Doc. 3 ) is granted. ORDER - IT IS ORDERED the Motion for Temporary Restraining Order (Doc. 2 ) is GRANTED.
