ORDER. IT IS ORDERED that Gonzalez Terrero's 1 petition for writ of habeas corpus is GRANTED in part as set forth in this order. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Gonzalez Terrero's 4 motion for a temporary restraining order is DENIED as moot. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that the respondents' 6 motion to extend time is GRANTED nunc pro tunc.
