ORDER (Clerk) Because this case relates to immigration detention, remote electronic access to the parties’ filings would usually be limited. See Fed. R. Civ. P. 5.2(c) (made applicable by Fed. R. App. P. 25(a)(5)). The district court, however, lifted all restrictions on remote electronic access. The parties’ filings in this Court will likewise be available for remote electronic access. If any party believes this Court should limit remote electronic access, they must promptly notify the Court in writing. (LMR) [Entered: 07/11/2025 02:38 PM]

CLERK ORDER The appeals are consolidated for purposes of scheduling, Appellants’ brief, joint appendix, and disposition. Appellees are encouraged to consult with one another regarding the contents of their briefs as the Court disfavors repetitive briefs. Appellees may file a consolidated brief or join in or adopt portions by reference. See Fed. R. App. P. 28(i). As these cases relate to immigration detention, remote electronic access to the parties’ filings would usually be limited. As the cases are being consolidated, this may result in consolidated filings being remotely accessible in No. 25-2311, but not in No. 25-2332. If the parties to No. 25-2332 believe the filings in that appeal should be remotely accessible, they should notify the Court in writing within seven (7) days. Any objections to the consolidation of the appeals should also be filed within the same time.
