MEMORANDUM AND ORDER that Willian Patricio Toalombo Yanchaliquin's amended petition for a writ of habeas corpus (Filing No. 33 ) is granted in part and denied in part for the reasons explained in this Memorandum and Order. The federal respondents shall provide Toalombo Yanchaliquin with a bond hearing pursuant to 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) and the corresponding regulations within ten days of this Order. If the federal respondents do not provide Toalombo Yanchaliquin with a bond hearing under 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) as required by this Order, he must be immediately released from detention. Within fourteen days of the date of this Order, the parties shall provide the Court with a status update concerning the results of any bond hearing conducted pursuant to this Order, or if no bond hearing was held, advise the Court regarding Toalombo Yanchaliquin's release.
