PAPERLESS ORDER. In her 11 Motion for Extension of Time, Turcios-Pineda asks us for more time to reply to the Respondent's 8 Response to our 5 Order to Show Cause. See Motion for Extension of Time [ECF No. 11] at 9 ("Issue an order granting his motion for extension of time to file a reply to defendant's response to petition for writ of habeas corpus."). She also swears "under penalt[y] of perjury" that she did not "receive[ ] the documents related to the Respondent's response." Id. at 12. She therefore asks us to "[i]ssue an order directing Respondent to comply [with this] service requirement[.]" Id. at 9. We GRANT Turcios-Pineda's Motion for Extension of Time; Turcios-Pineda may reply to the Respondent's Response by March 4, 2026. Separately, by February 6, 2026, the Respondent must file a response to Turcios-Pineda's request for documents and her sworn allegations that it failed to "serve her with the response and appendix of exhibits[.]" Id. at 12.
