CLERK'S REQUEST FOR CORRECTIVE ACTION re 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. ERROR #1: Case number of document does not match case. CORRECTION: Filer is directed to file the document with a corrected case number using the Errata event. ERROR #2: Attorney scanned multiple documents as one document. CORRECTION: Attorney is advised to scan the civil cover sheet separately and make it an attachment to the Main Document when refiling as an Errata; ERROR #3: Exhibits should be scanned as separate documents. CORRECTION: Attorney is advised to separate the exhibits by letter and to attach them individually to the main document when filing the above mentioned Errata; ERROR #4: Attachments named incorrectly. CORRECTION: Attorney is advised that when naming attachments, one should not duplicate in the text box what was selected from the drop down list. Doing so will result in duplicative wording. (ie: Exhibit Exhibit A ) Attorney is advised to avoid repeating the wording from the drop down list when adding information to the text box. For example, if the attorney picks "exhibit" from the drop down list, they only need type the letter of the exhibit in the text box. Please keep this in mind when filing the above mentioned errata.
