The Declaration asserts that Petitioner's renewed travel visa expires September 23, 2025, and that Respondents anticipate Petitioner will be removed in early September. Accordingly, this matter will be held in abeyance until September 23, 2025. If Petitioner is not removed by September 23, 2025, Respondents shall file a supplemental declaration indicating the status of matters, to which Petitioner may file a responsive declaration no later than September 26, 2025.
