TEXT ORDER: The Court is in receipt of Petitioner's motion to enforce the Court's October 17, 2026 Order (ECF No. 2 ), in which Petitioner represents that bond was posted on October 19, 2026, but that he remains in ICE custody (ECF No. 4 ). Petitioner attaches a receipt reflecting the bond payment. (ECF No. 4-1.) Accordingly, Respondents shall, by 12:00 p.m. on October 22, 2026, file a letter advising the Court of Petitioner's current detention status and explaining why Petitioner has not been released. If Petitioner remains detained, Respondents shall identify the steps being taken to effectuate his release and the anticipated timing thereof.
