ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE directing that Respondents SHALL file a written response to SHOW CAUSE as to why the 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus (2241) should not be granted by 9:00 AM on 10/19/2026; directing that Petitioners shall have an opportunity to file a reply by 10/20/2026 at 9:00 AM; directing that this matter shall be heard by this Court on 10/22/2026 at 3:00 PM in Huntington before Judge Robert C.
