District Judge Angel Kelley: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. Before the Court is Petitioner Maikon Alberto Santos’s Emergency Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. [Dkt. 1]. Respondents note that Petitioner is eligible for a bond hearing pursuant to 8 U.S.C. §1226. [Dkt. 8]. Accordingly, Petitioner’s Petition [Dkt. 1] is GRANTED.
