MINUTE ORDER: This matter is before the Court on Petitioner's Application for a Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241 ("Petition"). [Doc. 1]. The Clerk of Court is DIRECTED to provide notice to the United States Attorney's Office of this action and provide the United States Attorney's Office by email with the 1 Petition, the exhibits to the Petition, and a copy of this Order. Within seven days of the Notice to the United States Attorney's Office, (on or before October 27, 2026), Respondent shall SHOW CAUSE why the Petition should not be granted.
