TEXT ORDER: The Petitioner filed a previous habeas petition with this Court on 3/6/26. See Case No. 4:26-cv-133, DN 1. The Court granted the Petitioner's request for a bond hearing. Id., DN 15. After the government provided a bond hearing, the Petitioner filed a motion to enforce the judgment, arguing that the bond hearing violated due process. See id., DN 17. The Government responded in opposition. Id., DN 18. Now, the Petitioner has now filed a second petition alleging the same facts and legal violations. See DN 1 . Given the overlap in these proceedings, the Court dismisses this newly filed case to the extent it rests on the same facts and consolidates it with Case No. 4:26-cv-133 to the extent its pleadings, memoranda, and any other information are not already incorporated within that lead case. Given, that consolidation, the Court instructs the Clerk to close this case and directs the parties to file all further papers in the original civil action 4:26-cv-133. Finally, the Court cancels the show cause hearing set for 10/22/26 at 12:00 PM. This Notice of Electronic Filing is the Official ORDER for this entry.
