MINUTE ORDER IN CHAMBERS of the Honorable Judge Richard F. Boulware, II on 1/20/2026.On January 14, 2026, this Court granted Petitioner Alas Garcia's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus and ordered Respondents to provide him an individualized bond hearing by January 16, 2026, or immediately release him from custody. See ECF No. 14 . Petitioner's counsel's January 20, 2026 15 status report indicates that a bond hearing has not occurred, yet Petitioner remains in custody in violation of the Court's Order. Therefore, IT IS HEREBY ORDERED that Respondents shall IMMEDIATELY RELEASE Petitioner from custody. IT IS FURTHER ORDERED that Respondent John Mattos shall file a notice of compliance with this Order by close of business TODAY.
