Ritter on 03/02/2026: Attended by Petitioner Khusen Khudaev pro se with the aid of a court Russian/Uzbek interpreter, Attorney Christina Muscarella Gooch on behalf of Warden Dora Castro, and AUSA Scott Jansen on behalf of FNU LNU. For the second time, a full status conference was not possible due to instability of the video link from the Otero County Processing Center. Gooch alerted the Court that a bond hearing had been scheduled for March 5, 2025, but did not have details about what the hearing will decide. Mr. Khudaev also did not have further details. The parties also discussed the need for oral argument or whether the matter could be decided on the briefing. The Court ordered Respondents to file notice with the Court upon conclusion of the March 5 bond hearing regarding its contents and what decisions, if any, the immigration judge made.
