MINUTE ORDER (Text Only Entry) The Court finds that case numbers 1:26-cv-07798-TLN-CSK and 1:26-cv-07333-JLT-SAB were brought by the same Petitioner (A# 072-347-348). To preserve limited judicial resources, the latter case, 1:26-cv-07798-TLN-CSK, is REASSIGNED to District Judge Jennifer L. Thurston and Magistrate Judge Stanley A. Boone. The Court has reviewed the petitions in each case and finds the petitions are identical, except for the submission dates. For this reason, the Court finds this second action is duplicative. Accordingly, the current case (1:26-cv-07798) is DISMISSED and the Clerk of Court is directed to terminate any pending matters as MOOT.
