ORDER: Within 30 days of the date this Order is filed, Petitioner must either pay the $5.00 filing fee or file a complete Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis. If Petitioner fails to either pay the $5.00 filing fee or file a complete Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis within 30 days, the Clerk of Court must enter a judgment of dismissal of this action without prejudice and without further notice to Petitioner and deny any pending unrelated motions as moot. Within 30 days of the date this Order is filed, Petitioner must file a completed and signed Certificate, using the Certificate form provided with this Order, certifying that Petitioners signature on the Certificate will serve as an original signature, under penalty of perjury, on his § 2241 Petition for purposes of 28 U.S.C. § 2242, Rule 3.5(a) of the Local Rules of Civil Procedure, and Rule 11 of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. If Petitioner fails to file a completed and signed Certificate on the form provided with this Order within 30 days, the Clerk of Court must, without further notice, strike Petitioner's § 2241 Petition and enter a judgment of dismissal of this action without prejudice. The Clerk of Court must mail Petitioner a Certificate form and a court-approved form for filing an Application to Proceed In Forma Pauperis (Immigration Habeas) All other filing deadlines set by General Order 26-09 remain in place.
