Ct. 1003 (2025), in which the Court explained that, "[r]egardless of whether the detainees formally request release from confinement, because their claims for relief 'necessarily imply the invalidity' of their confinement and removal under the AEA, their claims fall within the 'core' of the writ of habeas corpus and thus must be brought in habeas." Signed by Judge Randolph D. Moss on 7/4/2025. (lcrdm3)

It is further ORDERED that the parties shall appear for a Zoom conference on July 4, 2025, at 12:30 p.m. Plaintiffs are hereby ORDERED to ensure that Defendants receive actual notice of this order.
