CONSENT JUDGMENT REVOKING NATURALIZATION: The Stipulation for Entry of Consent Judgment Revoking Naturalization (Doc. 3 ) is granted. In accordance with the Stipulation, judgment is entered in favor of the United States and against Mr. Singh on Count I. The Court finds and declares that Mr. Singh illegally procured his naturalization on August 22, 2008. The order admitting Mr. Singh to United States citizenship is revoked and set aside, effective as of the original date of the order, August 22, 2008. Certificate of Naturalization No. 31869867 is cancelled, effective as of the original date of the certificate, August 22, 2008. Mr. Singh is forever restrained and enjoined from claiming any rights,privileges, benefits, or advantages under any document that evidences United States citizenship obtained as a result of his August 22, 2008, naturalization. Mr. Singh, his attorney, or another person on his behalf shall, within 14 daysof this Order, surrender and deliver in person, by mail, or by express delivery his Certificate of Naturalization No. 31869867, any and all (valid or expired) United States passports, passport cards, and enhanced drivers licenses, and any other indicia of United States citizenship, as well as any copies thereof in his possession or control (and make good faith efforts to recover and then surrender any copies thereof that he knows are in the possession or control of others), to the United States Attorney General via counsel for the United States, Assistant United States Attorney Lon R. Leavitt. If Mr. Singh does not fully comply with this Judgment by September 30, 2026, the United States may file a motion for a compliance hearing.
