ORDER - It is ORDERED Respondents SHALL file, within seven (7) days from this date either a Notice indicating that the factual and legal issues presented in this Petition do not differ in any material fashion from those presented in Duarte Escobar v. Noem, et al., 3:25-cv-758 (E.D. Va.), or an Opposition to the Petition discussing the material differences between Duarte Escobar and this Petition. Respondent is ORDERED to release Petitioner Kerolos Banoub no later than close of business on Monday, December 29, 2025, with all of his personal property, to his father's or aunt's address under standard, and non-extraordinary, terms of supervised release.
