ORDER denying 3 Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. Petitioner asks the Court to enjoin Respondents from removing him from the United States or transferring him out of this District during the pendency of this action. Dkt. No. 3 at 5. The Court's scheduling order, Dkt. No. 5, largely moots this request, as the order requires Respondents to provide Petitioner "at least 48 hours' notice (or 72 hours' notice if the period extends into a weekend, holiday, or date the Court is closed) prior to any action to move or transfer any Petitioner(s) from the Western District of Washington or to remove them from the United States." Id. at 2. Should Respondents indicate an intent to imminently transfer Petitioner, Petitioner may move for emergency relief as needed. For the avoidance of doubt, the Court clarifies that Respondents shall not remove or transfer Petitioner without providing the required advance notice and filing such notice on the docket. Signed by Judge Lauren King.(King, Lauren) Modified on 10/6/2026 NEF regenerated to AUSA (LRS). (Entered: 10/06/2026)
