TEXT ORDER: Before the Court is the Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus, (ECF No. 1), in which Petitioner alleges that he has requested a bond hearing but that no hearing has been scheduled. Accordingly, within three (3) days of this Order, Respondents shall advise the Court whether a bond hearing has been scheduled and, if not, explain why no hearing has been scheduled. Thereafter, Petitioner shall promptly advise the Court whether he seeks any further relief in this matter. In light of this Order, and the Court's previous Order enjoining Petitioner's transfer, (ECF No. 3), the Motion for a Temporary Restraining Order, (ECF No. 2), is DENIED as moot.
