TEXT ORDER This matter comes before the Court upon Petitioner's pro se petition for writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. 2241, seeking release from final removal order immigration detention, Dkt. No. 1 ("Petition"), and Respondents' answer in opposition to the Petition, Dkt. No. 4 ("Answer"). Respondents submitted the Declaration of James Carroll, ICE Deportation and Detention Officer, Dkt. No. 4-5, which states that, in the absence of a further stay of removal, the only impediment to Petitioner's removal to Peru is the Court's injunction on his transfer outside New Jersey. ("No Transfer Order.") It is ORDERED that Petitioner shall file a reply within five (5) days and shall advise the Court whether any further stay of removal is anticipated.
