ORDER: Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus 1 is granted as to Petitioner's request for a bond hearing. Any remainder of the Petition is denied. FURTHER ORDERED that a bond hearing shall be held within seven calendar days of this Order, unless Petitioner requests a continuance of the bond hearing, in which case Respondents may seek an extension of time to comply with the Court's Order. Petitioner including any counsel must be given at least two days' notice of the bond hearing. In the alternative, the Government shall immediately release Petitioner under appropriate conditions of release. Respondents must provide a notice of compliance within three days of releasing Petitioner or providing Petitioner a bond hearing.
