This Court has no subject matter jurisdiction to do so. As to whether his deferred action status can be revoked in the discretion of Respondent, which is likely, that question can be presented through the administrative process, which is where Congress decided it should be decided. The existence of deferred action status cannot confer subject matter jurisdiction on this Court when it has been stripped by Congress. The Motion for TRO is denied.
