TEXT ORDER: This matter comes before the Court on Petitioner Yorvis Said Paez Torres's emergency motion (ECF No. 3) to enforce this Court's Order enjoining Respondents from transferring Petitioner out of New Jersey (ECF No. 2). Petitioner's counsel asserts that, according to the online Immigration and Customs Enforcement Detainee Locator, Petitioner was transferred from New Jersey to MDC Brooklyn in New York at an unknown time on October 1, 2026--the same day the Court's Order was entered. (ECF No. 3.) The exact time at which this transfer took place is unknown. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that Respondents file a response no later than noon on October 5, 2026, confirming Petitioner's current location and, if he is no longer detained in New Jersey, a declaration from an official with personal knowledge of the events of Petitioner's transfer who can attest to the exact time the transfer took place.
