VIRTUAL ORDER: denying 2 MOTION for Afshan J. Khan to Appear Pro Hac Vice by Johandri Enrique Sanchez Sanchez. The motion for admission pro hac vice fails to satisfy the requirements of Local Rule 83.2. First, the motion does not appear to identify every bar to which Ms. Khan is admitted. The attachments submitted with the motion identify courts that are not identified in the motion itself. As a result, it is not clear which courts Ms. Khan is currently admitted to practice before. Second, the motion states that Ms. Khan consents to following the Rules of Professional Conduct of the Supreme Court of Kentucky, but it does not state that she consents to be subject to the jurisdiction of the Supreme Court of Kentucky.
