ORDER - The Court has reviewed Respondents' extension request (Doc. 37 ) and Petitioner's opposition (Doc. 38 ). Although Petitioner's reasons for opposing the extension request and desire for urgency are compelling, a delay in resolving this motion, occasioned by administrative error, has resulted in a lapse of time nearly equal to the extension requested.
