TEXT ORDER This matter comes before the Court on Petitioner Cesar Donis Rafael's (AKA CESAR ARMANDO DONIS) motion for a temporary restraining order ("TRO") seeking to enjoin his removal from the United States. (ECF No. 2.) In order for the Court to assess its jurisdiction and maintain the status quo until this case may be heard on the merits, Respondents are TEMPORARILY ENJOINED from removing Petitioner from the United States or transferring him from his current detention facility. Counsel for Respondents shall notify the Court of Petitioner's current detention facility by December 23, 2025 at 12pm. An expedited briefing schedule shall follow.
