MEMORANDUM OPINION & ORDER: (1) Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus 1 is GRANTED; (2) Respondent James A. Daley's Motion for Extension of Time to File a Response 6 is GRANTED; (3) Respondent is ORDERED to immediately release Petitioner, or in the alternative, provide him with a bond hearing under 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) within seven (7) days of the date of this Order; and (4) Respondent shall file a Status Report with this Court on or before February 19, 2026 to certify compliance with this Order.
