TEXT ORDER: The Court has reviewed Respondents' correspondence at ECF No. 4 . Although Respondents report that ICE issued a Notice of Custody Determination on September 9, 2026, and that Petitioner's custody redetermination hearing is scheduled for September 29, 2026, the correspondence does not address all of the information requested in the Court's September 22, 2026 Order at ECF No. 2, including whether Petitioner has a criminal history, whether Petitioner is subject to a final order of removal, and the statutory authority under which Petitioner is detained. Accordingly, Respondents shall file, by October 1, 2026, a supplemental status letter advising the Court of the outcome of the September 29, 2026 custody redetermination hearing and addressing each of the foregoing matters.
