TEXT ORDER - Before the Court is Respondents' letter requesting that the Court modify its September 22, 2026 Order enjoining Respondents from transferring Petitioner from New Jersey. (ECF No. 4 .) Respondents submit that Petitioner has been detained at the Folkston D. Ray ICE Processing Center, in Folkston, Georgia, since March 2026. (Id.) Accordingly, it is ORDERED that the Court's September 22, 2026 Order (ECF No. 2 ) is modified only to the extent that Respondents are enjoined from transferring Petitioner from the State of Georgia unless the transfer is to return Petitioner to New Jersey.
