ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE - Although counsel for Federal Respondents has entered an appearance, Filing 3 , no Respondents have been served so far. Consequently, Begay Mayancha shall serve his Petition and a copy of this Order to Show Cause on Respondents without delay and shall file proof of such service with the Court within twenty-four hours of effecting such service.
