District Judge Patti B. Saris: ELECTRONIC ORDER entered. In their response to the habeas petition, Respondents argue that the petition fails to plead sufficient facts. The Court agrees. No later than October 9, 2026, Petitioner shall file an amended petition that includes, at minimum, additional information regarding his immigration status, see Chavez Lopez v. Moniz, No. 26-cv-10078, Dkt. 7 at 2 (D. Mass. Jan. 22, 2026), including whether Petitioner was released, and if so, under what conditions following issuance of the Order of Expedited Removal, see Dkt. 6-1. Petitioner shall also inform the Court whether he contends he is a member of the certified class in Guerrero Orellana v. Moniz, No. 25-cv-12664 (D. Mass.
