PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE came before the Court upon Petitioner's Unopposed Motion for Leave to File Reply Out of Time. 6 . Therein, Petitioner seeks leave to file his Reply (ECF No. 6-1) one day out of time due to counsel's miscalculation of the reply deadline. See (ECF No. 6) at 1. Respondents do not oppose the requested relief. See id. at 3. Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 6(b) provides that "the court may, for good cause, extend the time... on motion made after the time has expired if the party failed to act because of excusable neglect." Fed. R. Civ. P. 6(b)(1). Here, the Court finds that Petitioner has demonstrated excusable neglect. Accordingly, UPON CONSIDERATION of the Motion, the pertinent portions of the record, and being otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Motion 6 is GRANTED. Petitioner shall separately file the Reply (ECF No. 6-1) on the docket on or before October 15, 2026. Signed by Judge K. Michael Moore on 10/8/2026. (ss02) (Entered: 10/08/2026)
