MINUTE ORDER (Text Only Entry) The Court has reviewed the petition (Doc. 1) and the motion for temporary restraining order (Doc. 2). It appears that this action involves the same parties and is based upon the same claims as in Petitioner's still-pending action, filed in the Central District of California just three days ago (Case No.: 5:26-cv-5447 AS.) Like she is in this action, she is represented by counsel in the Central District's action, though she has a different attorney for each petition. In any event, as noted in the Central District's order (Docs. 2-1 at 131), transfer of Petitioner to this District does not impact the jurisdiction of the Central District to determine her claims. Petitioner does not detail any authority for the proposition that she is entitled to pursue the same relief in two courts. Thus, the Court ORDERS this matter be transferred to the Central District of California immediately signed by District Judge Jennifer L. Thurston on September 22, 2026:.
