ORDER. Upon review of the 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241, Petitioner shall SERVE Respondents pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 4 on or before 9/24/2026. Petitioner shall promptly file proof of such service on the docket, and counsel for Respondents shall promptly enter their notices of appearance. Petitioner shall also provide notice to the United States Attorney's Office by email promptly upon notice of this Order and shall include a copy of the 1 Petition, 2 Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order and Preliminary Injunction, and a copy of this Order. Within seven days of the Notice to the United States Attorney's Office, Respondents shall RESPOND to the Motion and SHOW CAUSE why the Petition should not be granted.Pursuant to the All Writs Act, 28 U.S.C. § 1651(a) and in order to preserve the Court's jurisdiction, Respondents SHALL NOT REMOVE Petitioner from the District of Colorado unless or until this Court or the Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit vacates this Order.
