PAPERLESS ORDER Requiring Status Update. On September 9, 2025, the Court entered an Order Granting Petitioner's Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus ("Order"). See [ECF No. 27]. The Order required Respondents to release Petitioner from custody on or before September 10, 2025, and further required Defendants to certify compliance with the Court's Order on or before September 11, 2025. See id. at 19. Thus far, Respondents have not certified compliance with the Order. Accordingly, Respondents shall, by 6:00 P.M. today, September 11, 2025, file a status update indicating the status of Respondents' compliance with the Order.
