ORDER. Upon review of the 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus Pursuant to 28 U.S.C. § 2241, Petitioner shall SERVE Respondents pursuant to Rule 4 on or before 9/22/2026. Petitioner shall promptly file proof of such service on the docket, and counsel for Respondents shall promptly enter their notices of appearance. Petitioner shall also provide notice to the United States Attorney's Office by email promptly upon notice of this Order and shall include a copy of the Petition and a copy of this Order.
