ORDER DENYING PRELIMINARY INJUNCTION AND ISSUING AN ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE REGARDING DISMISSAL OF THE PETITION by Judge John W. Holcomb. In view of the mootness of Ghebreslassie's preliminary injunction request and his release from custody, the Court ORDERS Ghebreslassie to SHOW CAUSE why the Petition should not be dismissed as moot.
