ORDER signed by Chief District Judge Troy L. Nunley on December 22, 2025 ORDERING Petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus (ECF No. 1 ) GRANTED. Respondents must IMMEDIATELY RELEASE Petitioner Oscar C.M. from custody under the conditions set forth in the immigration judge's December 2, 2025, Order. Based on the court's finding that Petitioner is not a danger to the community or a flight risk, he shall be released on a bond in the amount of $5,000 with alternatives to detention.
