MINUTE ORDER (Text Only Entry) The Court has examined this habeas petition in detail and has determined that this matter was opened in error. Because the petition seeks to enforce a prior order of this Court in Idiev v. Warden of the Golden State Annex Detention Facility et al, No. 1:25-cv-01030-SKO, the request should have been docketed as a motion to enforce in that matter. Thus, the Clerk's Office is directed to close this case and to transfer all affirmative filings by Petitioner that do not pertain to magistrate judge consent to the docket of 1:25-cv-01030-SKO. The filings in this matter that pertain to magistrate judge consent shall be disregarded. Petitioner consented to the magistrate judge in Case No. 1:25-cv-01030-SKO and that consent remains in effect signed by District Judge Jennifer L. Thurston on January 28, 2026.
