ORDER GRANTING PETITION FOR HABEAS CORPUS BY REQUIRING A BOND HEARING (DKT. NO. 1 ). Within seven (7) days of receiving Petitioner's request for a bond hearing, Respondents must either provide him with a constitutionally adequate bond hearing u nder 8 U.S.C. § 1226(a) or release him under an appropriate order of supervision. Respondents are ENJOINED from denying Petitioner the ability to be released on bond on the basis that he is subject to mandatory detention under 8 U.S.C.  7; 1225(b); he is not subject to mandatory detention under 8 U.S.C. § 1225(b). The parties shall file a joint status report in fourteen (14) days confirming compliance with this Order.
