ORDER signed by District Judge Dale A. Drozd on 09/28/2026 GRANTING Petitioner's 1 Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus. Respondents are ORDERED to IMMEDIATELY RELEASE Petitioner Duc Tien Chu, A# 246-305-810, from Respondents' custody on t he conditions, if any, he was subject to prior to his recent re-detention.
