The Court adopts the parties' proposed schedule as follows: Respondents' Response is due November 1, 2026, and Petitioner's Reply is due December 11, 2026. This matter is set for an evidentiary hearing and oral argument on the Petition on December 18, 2026, at 9:30 AM in Eugene Courtroom 1 before Judge Mustafa T. Kasubhai. Respondents are ordered to produce for examination in person and under oath as witnesses all agents involved in the decision to arrest and detain Petitioner, all agents involved in effecting Petitioner's arrest and detention, and all agents responsible for processing the paperwork involved in Petitioner's arrest and detention.
