ORDER DRAWING CASE. Petitioner Ubielen Domingo Martinez-Saenz is a federal immigration detainee at the ICE Aurora Contract Detention Facility in Aurora, Colorado. Petitioner has filed prose an application for habeas corpus relief under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 and paid the required filing fee. (ECF No. 1 ). After review under D.C.COLO.LCivR 8.1, the Court has determined that thiscase does not appear to be appropriate for summary dismissal.
