PAPERLESS ORDER TO SHOW CAUSE. THIS MATTER is before the Court sua sponte. On September 18, 2026, the Court issued an Order (DE 7) requiring the release of Petitioner Manzo Quintana. The Court's Order states, "Respondents shall file a notice with the Court within twenty-four (24) hours confirming Mr. Manzo Quintana's release." (DE 7 at 6) (emphasis in original). Also on September 18, 2026, Respondents filed a Response to Court Order (DE 8) stating, "Agency Counsel confirmed awareness of this Court's Orders" and "the undersigned received notice that Petitioners 'are currently' receiving their Orders of Release of Recognizance." However, the Response to Court Order (DE 8) is noncompliant in that it does not confirm that Mr. Manzo Quintana was in fact released. As of September 21, 2026, the Court still has not received a notice of compliance confirming that Mr. Manzo Quintana was released. Accordingly, it is ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that on or before September 22, 2026, Respondents shall confirm Mr. Manzo Quintana's release or SHOW CAUSE why sanctions should not be imposed for failure to comply with a Court Order. Signed by Judge Kathleen M. Williams on 9/21/2026. (mg02) (Entered: 09/21/2026)
