PAPERLESS ORDER. THIS CAUSE comes before the Court on Petitioner's Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order. ECF No. 4 . Petitioner asks the Court to issue a temporary restraining order to "preserv[e] the status quo while the Court considers [Petitioner's] contemporaneously filed Petition for Writ of Habeas Corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2241." Id. at 2. On September 11, 2026, the Court entered an Order to Show Cause and for Production of Evidence which, among other things, prohibited Respondents "from transferring Petitioner out of the jurisdiction of this Court during the pendency of this proceeding." ECF No. 5 5. Accordingly, in light of the Court's Order to Show Cause and for Production of Evidence, it is hereby ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that Petitioner's Emergency Motion for Temporary Restraining Order, ECF No. 4, is DENIED AS MOOT.
