TEXT ORDER provisionally granting 2 Petitioner Karl Henry Lucce's motion to proceed in forma pauperis. On November 18, 2025, this Court dismissed a 28 U.S.C. § 2241 petition filed by Lucce without prejudice because he had filed it prematurely. Lucce v. Freden, No. 25-CV-6342-MAV, 2025 WL 3214485, at *4 (W.D.N.Y. Nov. 18, 2025). Lucce now appears to be renewing his petition, but he filed only a signature page, which includes three of his seven requests for relief. ECF No. 1. For the Court to consider his petition, Lucce must submit a petition naming the defendant(s) and setting forth his claims and requests for relief no later than January 29, 2026. Failure to comply with this order may result in dismissal of this case. The Clerk of Court shall send Lucce a copy of this text order and a § 2241 form petition. SO ORDERED. Signed by Hon.
