TEXT ORDER This matter comes before the Court upon Petitioner's petition for writ of habeas corpus under 28 U.S.C. § 2241 challenging the lawfulness of her immigration detention, Dkt. No. 1 ("Petition"), and Respondents' answer to the Petition, asserting Petitioner is lawfully detained under 8 U.S.C. § 1231(a) pursuant to a final order of removal, Dkt. No. 4 ("Answer"). This Court granted Petitioner's request for an extension of time to file a reply brief by September 21, 2026, but Petitioner has not done so. Accordingly, it is ORDERED that, within five (5) days of this Order, Petitioner shall SHOW CAUSE in writing why the Court should not deny the Petition without prejudice.
